What is Hive’s conveyancing quotation system?

Online quotation engine specifically developed and proven to maximise referral income generated between you and your existing conveyancing partner/s.

Our quotation engine has been built to our clients’ needs who found that they have been able to increase their referral income/conversion rates by quoting for conveyancing at the point of the property commencing marketing.

Targeting the referral at this stage of the home selling process enables the conveyancer to contact the lead at the outset and confirm the instruction.

Our quotation engine facilitates this process by providing your staff with the ability to create branded and customised quotations easily and quickly by logging in and completing questions based on your conveyancing partner/s pricing.

Fully broken down PDF quotes are then emailed to all parties including the conveyancer, seller/purchaser and estate agent referrer with all leads tracked against individual users.

Our system is extremely flexible enabling your conveyancing partner to setup multiple pricing groups, referral fees and product types for example:

  • Right to buy
  • Re-mortgage
  • Land and new build

Introduce us to your conveyancing partner/s and we will conduct a full pricing setup process including your referral fees in addition to all of your conveyancer’s fees including stamp duty, Land Registry fees.

We will then create a bespoke template for each of your conveyancing partners which will generate a customised PDF each time a quote request is submitted. The PDF will include branding, custom copy content (i.e. terms and conditions) and accreditations.
